I’m planning a trip to Ghana and feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the amazing options! I’m looking for a good mix of culture and adventure. Are places like Cape Coast Castle and Kakum National Park really worth the trip? Or should I lean more toward urban experiences, like exploring Accra’s vibrant markets and art scene? What do you think are the must-see places that truly capture the essence of Ghana?

Definitely don’t miss Cape Coast Castle; it’s heavy with history and really impactful. Kakum National Park is awesome for the canopy walk and some killer views. Accra’s markets are wild too, so you should try to squeeze in both culture and that urban vibe! If you’re tight on time, maybe focus on one region each day to avoid backtracking.
