What are your top tips for packing business travel luggage?

Packing for a business trip can be quite a challenge, especially when trying to strike the right balance between looking professional and being practical. I often find myself caught between overpacking and ending up with a messy suitcase. Just recently, I traveled to France for several meetings and outdoor activities, which really made me rethink how I approach my luggage.

One thing I struggle with is how to maximize space while ensuring I have everything I need. I’ve heard a lot about packing cubes—do they actually help? Also, what’s the best way to keep my clothes wrinkle-free when I’m only using a carry-on?

I’d love to hear your experiences! What packing strategies do you swear by? Any favorite gear or hacks that have made your business travels easier?
